Sperm Storage

• Monthly – $70
• 6 months – $250
• 1 year – $375
• 2 years – $650
• 3 years – $825
• 5 years – $1300
• *If multiple types of materials are stored with FFCB, only one payment is required to cover all of the materials

Infectious/Quarantine storage

• An additional 50% (e.g. 1 month @ $70 is $105 for quarantined storage).
• “Materials that do not have complete blood work proving that they are noninfectious within three weeks of initial storage will be treated as infectious and thus will be charged the quarantine storage and an additional one time fee of $150 for not providing the blood work”
